Diamond dogs is based in Hebden Bridge and is run by me, Catherine Plane, and assisted by my springer spaniel, Willow and my two step dogs, Dory and Ralph. Dory is a retired guide dog and Ralph a former failed ratter!
I am committed to providing the dogs I care for a great service with plenty of free running in a safe environment, opportunities for socialisation, play and activities appropriate to age and breed.
I am happy to work closely with you to ensure that your dogs needs are met and to discuss the well being of your dog.
Areas covered include Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd, Luddenden, Cragg vale, Luddenden Foot, Sowerby Bridge, Ripponden and Norland.

Our lurcher girl, Jeff, has just spent a week with Catherine while we were on holiday. She came home looking just as happy as we did! I was so very concerned when I decided to go back to work and had to find a reliable dog walker for our new cockapoo Teddy. All my worries were completely alleviated when Catherine came over to meet both myself and Teddy. Teddy responded so well to Catherine, it is abundantly clear Catherine has a natural affinity with animals. In the 12 months Catherine has been dog sitting Teddy she has never once let me down.
Catherine has been looking after Porter for 3 months now and is helping us all through those puppy needs. I come home to a happy and well loved puppy who if he could speak would no doubt share all the fun and excitement he has enjoyed during the day with the other ladies and dogs in his life. Catherine has been boarding my two sausage dogs on a weekly basis since January 2015 when circumstances meant I needed to work away part of the week. She has been a complete godsend. She is conscientious and reliable and numerous times has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Catherine. The girls have a great time with her (I can tell from the photos) and always come back calm and tired.
Catherine has been caring for our two border collies on a regular basis for over two years. We do not need her every day and Catherine has always been very accommodating should we need her help at very short notice.
